Its about that time in the week where I drop that heat for your ipods, cars and your home audio systems. This podcast pays homage to the new club hip hop of 2010 and as the title of this note says it live in the 70s and when I say 70s I mean 70bpm range (beats per minute for all those who might not know)... There is straight bangers on this podcast, really nice to work out to or just get buck to it...
